2 miles I run & walked
183.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weight i on Saturdays of every week and i push weight in to many time this week. on 06/20/09 i weight 185.4 i was up .2lbs but on 06/27/09 i weighted 183.8lbs down 1.6lbs and i will not weight again until Friday.Holiday Saturday.In Jesus name Amen.I have lost total of 24.6lbs
