Finally got my calories and fat up today. 8 ounces of ground beef did it. double whopper. I've lost my taste for fast food..i've been burping it for hours. Most unpleasant. Feeling a bit better, but i didn't exercise the 2nd time today, and I ate more calories, hoping I don't gain again. TOM as well..blah. 2 weeks, 2 days camping, and no journal or food entries, but I am making my own trail mix and gonna try to stay as low carb as possible, I am looking forward to eating a banana or two.
