Lost around 6 pounds in week.somehow I have managed to control my foods..and started with my weight training..
Hope to loose more.
Next Week Goal - reduce 6 pounds by June 10 - Treat of Pizza - Go to Midway Golf event.
I didnot reached this goal..so I didnt had pizza but I couldnt resist golf.
