With the rain, couldn't play tennis, and have been too lazy to get on my elliptical - the old, noisy, machine with the non-working electrical system. But it does still give me a good workout, so I need to stop making so many excuses and use it! Especially in March, I'll be changing offices. I doubt there's a tennis court, and one with a backboard, that I could use near the new office. I will search for one, but don't know. I've got to get into using my machine more or get a new (a new used) one that's not so noisy and rickety.
It seems the less I work out, the more I want to eat too, when I'm not even hungry. Like now! I had my protein shake, am not hungry, but want to eat! I'm drinking decaf coffee, hoping it'll take the sensation to eat away. I need to think of something that will keep me from eating until the desire to just eat passes by. Maybe give myself a time limit, like I do with starting to do chores...
It's 8:50 am now. So maybe if I say by 10, if I still want to eat, I can get something then. I'll see how that works. Wish me luck.
