Didn't do so great last two days... not horribly, but not great. Didn't get exercise yesterday either, so only once this week so far did I exercise. On vacation now until 2/23, and need to make sure I get my body moving! I do better exercising at work, but I need to change that.

Hi Chancelet, Have you tried Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. They are great especially if you are on vacation. If you don't have her DVD, you can find several of her workouts on YouTube. Enjoy your vacation.

Thanks EMBazile. :) Don't do so well with DVDs, though I may give Billy Blanks Jr.'s dance workout a try. Otherwise, I just need to get on my elliptical machine, which is my best alternative to tennis so far.
Today, my first day of vacation was super lazy. I'll be sure to do something tomorrow!
