Wow! Reality check! This was the worst weigh in I've had in a while. Not surprising as I was binging yesterday on very salty nuts. But still, what a terrible morning weigh in.

Post Tom and salty food...I should know better!
120.6 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
