This week went pretty well for traveling and free BAD food. It wasn't easy, but I did pass up cookies and cookie bars. Half of a dessert at dinner one night, but we walked all day at the Capitol. Overall I think I lost 3 lbs. Hard to say, my scale kept wavering between 1 and 3 pounds less. But I think it was 3. I guess I will check again in the morning just to see.

Not my best day on the food trail. I had a pancake this morning, and then the Costco sample buffet. But on the upside I went on two walks and strolled at Costco for an hour. I also plan on a healthy dinner, so I think overall I will come out on top! Tomorrow is another day. If I keep up this week, I will be at a 10 pound loss at the one month mark. I think I can do that!!
