I am now 1 lb under my goal weight but these last couple of days have not been the best. I need to re-ground myself and push through this tough time. My boyfriend Chris has been helpful in keeping motivated so I am really loving him for that.

I have started mixing up my workouts. I used to run twice a day but now I am running in the morning and doing Insanity workout in the evening (and sometimes still running). Going to try this for about a month!
