Finally got back on the computer. I didn't do so well on my regime while I had a houseful of company over the weekend. I put on a graduation and graduation party for 50 people. I made about 80 cupcakes, served pizza, salads & pop. I ate carbs...then I ate carbs...no longer in ketosis. But today I am saying goodbye to the left-overs. (Except the salads!! Which is what I enjoy the best!) I noticed when I ate all those carbs that I experienced headache, bone aches, lack of energy and uncomfortable feeling in my gut. So, goodbye to those symptoms too!
