I just joined an exercise challenge. I'm so glad Cherry2002 put one up for beginners! My goal is to do 1/2 hr a day, but I haven't been doing ANY! So...cross my fingers to meet the challenge of 15 minutes a day. I will try to jump on my rebounder as soon as I get off my graveyard shift--before eating--then eat, read, relax and SSLLEEPP!

I am with you on the graveyard shift. I find myself wanting to eat when I get home too. Lately, I drink as much water as I can on the way home, then go straight to the shower, then to bed or out the door to run errands.
I have been on graveyard for 4 months. I stop eating at 3am and don't eat again until 3pm. Once I got use to it, it was easy.
