So far a week and a half with no soda. Water is so boring. Now I'm drinking flavored tea with a teaspoon of local honey. I HATE regular tea. Only 1 caffeinated beverage per day.
It's been three weeks now and I finally don't crave sweets all day. I'm eating a lot less. Now if I could find some exercise that my sciatic won't scream about.
266.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
