Intermittent fasting. We skip food for about 24 hours on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

We just switched from dinner to dinner, and instead we eat a breakfast of around 5-600 calories and then don't eat until the next day at breakfast.

Robin's doing very well. He weighed in this morning at 263.6 - he hasn't seen that for a long time.

My weight had gone up over December - no desserts since we stay up on the farm these days, but my exercise level dropped with the cold temperatures. I was working indoors on the sewing projects for the end of February and not doing much in the way of brush clearing.
294.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
