Today I feel: I'm unmotivated. Today I have to do HIIT. I should have got it out the way in the morning. URGH! I think I'm just going to lace up my shoes and at least touch the inside of the gym. Let's see what happens.

Family Thoughts: Too much to do, too little time. I have family coming in town tonight so I have to stay focused and make sure I work out first thing in the morning before life begins.

Workout: Overall workout is going well. I hope I'm not working out too hard and stressing my body.

Food: it's hard getting all my meals in. I'm busy and not hungry at all. I've been supplementing with protein shakes just to at least hit my macros for protein. My trainer is suppose to change up my diet soon.

Misc: The scale weight is stalling but my body is definitely changing. My legs are improving the most. I feel strong and more fit now. I'm out of my rut.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
