A stomach bug got me down from the new high (or low :o() of 57.2kg. Managed to get under 56kg (55.3kg) after being sick so determined to stay below. High protein and low carb is the current attempt. Cutting out the standard Cereal for breakfast, toast for lunch and pasta for dinner
