So I have not had chocolate in three days! This is a big deal for me. I have been trying to eat fruit when I get the craving for chocolate so it would calm the sugar monster inside me down. :). Logged everything I ate yesterday and keeping up with it today. That's progress in itself for me. Spent 50 minutes at the gym today. I thought I was going to die on that stair thing. I only lasted about 7 minutes on it at level 8. I was covered in sweat. Had to cycle the rest of my cardio time after I finished my strength training. It's only been a week since I have been going to the gym regularly so can't wait to see some results!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
