well we're one month into the new yr!!! how is everyone's goals working?? As I had stated at the first of the yr, I set a goal this yr of walking 1200 miles for the yr, as of yesterday, I have 201.8 miles!!! and today being the weekly weigh in, I have another 2#, and my weight for Jan. averaged 126.8, with a weigh in today being 128.2, but the weekly avg. @ 127.8#. so I'm happy with my progress thus far. hope you are on track as well, till Nxt week, J.
127.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
