GAAAAAAAW So frustrated !
Well, not really, I shouldn't be. Had to to drive three hours and stay with my boyfriend's brother for his baby shower and managed to in one meal out eat 94% of my RDI. Have now noticed that I only go over my RDI when I am eating out in a restaurant, out of town or at someone's house. Interesting patten. Didn't lose any weight this week but after this weekend if I can keep it off, I will be happy.
