Second day back on track but Im about to go to the movies and I LOVE movie popcorn. But doesnt exactly fit in with my low carb plan. But I plan to be strong. Will take a few nuts and sulk a bit lol

Thanks. I also found some homemade sugar free candy at a local craft store nd tried some of that. Full of atificial sweetner so I know that its a once in a while treat. 50g was only 105 cal. Had some dark choc too but looked on the company website and it says it has same sugar as the milk choc so wont try that again. We also had chinese tonight but I stuck to black been beef and chow mein chicken. No fried wontons or spring rolls. Off to do 30min on my spin bike soon.
