After successfully maintaining my weight loss (give or take a few pounds) I am going to start induction again for 2 weeks or so. I find that having a really good cobb salad or like every day for lunch is a big part of my success. Hardly any dressing - just a little olive oil and salt and pepper. The avocado or olives or the salad accompaniments really add to the flavour. The killer for me is the sweets. Back to jello. ugh.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
