I am so hungry today! I think it's because I'm depleting my glucose stores in my muscles. I've been working out a lot and haven't been eating more calories to compensate because I'm trying to lose weight too. I actually had to stop in the middle of my 1 hour cardio to get something to eat so I could continue.. Yikes!!
For lunch I had 2 Vegan Tacos which are the bomb made with garbanzo beans instead of meat. I could have had at least 2 more but I don't want to over do it. I'm not sure about dinner quite yet. I'm thinking probably a bocca burger on one my homemade whole wheat hamburg buns that I have rising as I write this.
