I am needing to lose weight and get in better shape for my upcoming vacation to Alaska. We will be doing a great amount of physical activities that are centered around fishing. Also, We will be traveling in a floater plane that has weight restrictions! :0/ So I am freaking out about that! I have been strictly following the diet since Monday Jan 26, and am yo - yoing between 2 lbs lost and gained and lost again! I am a little frustrated because in the past, when on the Atkins diet, weight would fall off effortlessly! But now it is really difficult and discouraging! I broke my weight loss goals down so that it seemed more reachable! I figured that If I lost 2 lbs a week until July 23; then I should hit my goal on time! But the way my weight loss is stalling; I am getting a little freaked!

It's only been 3 days, I know you're looking for a quick initial loss but keep at it, if you're watching your carbs carefully and keeping them at induction level you should get results.
