Having a bad sciatic is so not fun, although it feels much better. I've not worked out for 2 weeks and I can feel it. And so can my weight. Of course, I wasn't the best girl last weekend hanging out for 4 days eating and drinking whatever, so I only did it to myself.
I'm resting this weekend, well, I may try to walk for an hour a day, but I am starting P90X again on Monday. I'll go easier than my usual push it to the limit workouts. It'll just make me feel better. And I will make sure to ice afterwards when possible.
I'm going to start induction/phase 1, depending on what diet you do, again next week, just to get me back on track. I still won't be eating any carbs this weekend, but I know there will be a few cocktails involved. I'll make sure it is vodka, which has no carbs!
Next week is TOM, which means I will put on a little water weight, so I may stay away from the scale till it's over. We'll see. Not the best time to try an accomplish a lot, but I'll try my best.
