Wasn't really surprised to see that the scale didn't move, well with my monthly visitor and all! Still full of a head cold, so getting lots of rest and skipping the exercsie. Sleeping for average of 12 hours a night this week so far. I am working evenings today and tomorrow so my schedule is off anyways. Back on track, back on track, back on track....
