1st week on ideal protein. yeah!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1019 kcal Fat: 47.19g | Prot: 108.62g | Carb: 43.25g.   Breakfast: Ideal Protein Blueberry Cran-Granata Drink Mix, Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Asparagus, Water, Ideal Protein Chicken Flavored Patty Mix. Dinner: Red Sweet Pepper, Cucumber (with Peel), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Great Value Apple Cider Vinegar, No Name Tilapia Fillets, Cabbage, Water. Snacks/Other: Water, Cinnamon, Ideal Protein Chocolate Pudding. more...
