Happy Monday!
I've been slacking again with my journal. I've done really well with food, but not so great with exercise and water.
This morning, I did a kickboxing DVD before work, so that was a nice start. I also filled my 32 oz water bottle, with sliced lemon, and plan to drink at least two bottles today.
Warning...rambling ahead: I need to get some structure in my activities. I truly think that's why I don't do things consistently. I'm not sure if I have too many interests or not. I have a full time job, am a health consultant on the side, and also have an Etsy shop. So, I have to paint A LOT to have a good inventory in my shop. I just need to make a list to see if I'm spreading myself too thin.
