Good Morning!

I'm very happy to report that I started my day with kickboxing again. It's a short DVD, but very, very fast paced and is meant to give great results in a short period of time...perfect for mornings before work!

I did not do well with my water intake yesterday, but did eat healthy foods. I know that water is crucial to weight loss, as well as bodily function, so I really need to work on this.

We will be really glad when it's warm enough to walk the dogs in the mornings. I think they will be even more glad :)

Good start! What's the name of the DVD?

It's called Kick Start Your Metabolism, by Prevention Fitness. The DVD has several segments, and one is a very short express workout. I've been very happy with it, especially since it was $6.99 from Amazon.
