127.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think alcohol is my diet failure - 2 glasses sometimes 3 of wine a day. I exercize 4 times a week and my weight has not budged it even went I up when I tried vegetarian for 3 weeks. I eat very well but have not given up bread...rather give up meat.
