How annoying for you! I am also on an upward trend at the moment. Hungry all the time and giving into it. Thank goodness I am exercising well or I would be like the back of a bus!! (Jeans do feel tight though) The cold weather and long evenings don't help. Hope you get back on track soon!

7lbs is a lot. That will take some serious dieting. I just hope I haven't put anything on!
