Today is my one year anniversary of joining fatsecret... The wealth of information I've attained and that I'm still learning from my fellow buddies is incredible... I'm the healthiest today than I've been ever!...at not be at my lowest weight right now but I know I'll get back there and will look ten times better when I get there too!!!!... What have I accomplished in a year?

Learned how to count calories.
Learned about nutrition and fitness.
Went from never jogging more than 30 secs to now 2 miles.
Knowing I can be healthy and that it's never too late.

Ive learned so much more, but...The last one was the most important because I figured in my 30s I'd be lucky to just not be morbidly obese. Now I'm a mom my kids can look to as an example... Losing weight was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life, not bc of the physical changes but bc of the mental and emotional walls I've had to tear down.

Thanks again to all my amazing friends on FS.... :)

Seriously...the learning never stops. I'm learning new stuff about fitness & nutrition all the time still. Who knew I'd ever be a health nut. Crap, now I want nuts...

Lmao oddly I had people say wow u look diesel in that picture... Thighs tonin up... Triceps getting definition lol a joke pic led to more people asking what I'm doing lol and by the way, I can so drop lower than that lol...
