ARGH! There's been cake, bagels, etc. in the office. So hard to be good. What I crave is not so much the sugar, but the carbs and the cheese. It's also hard to stick to the diet, cuz I'm tired of chopping veggies and fruit. I have to make dinner, clean up, and then start chopping up again for the next day's lunch! ARGH!

Oh, got a deal for 20 yoga classes for $20 at a local place. It's the Bikram Yoga. Haven't gone yet, but I'm looking forward to sweating and stretching and feeling good. :-)

Wow that sounds like a really good deal. Is that the yoga where its really hot in the room? I heard about that, been looking for a free class here or at least inexpensive. I was told its not for beginners, do you know? I can relat to the goodies in the office! Stay strong!!

I got it through one of those living social deals on the internet. Also, it says if any pose is too hard for you, you can just sit it out. But no talking during class. Hopefully, next week I can get started on that. I really don't like the heat, but if it helps burn more calories, then yay! Oh, also they said the heat helps with the stretching, so you don't hurt your muscles. :-)
