I ate very well this past week. I avoided bread, only had Diet Coke twice (once while out to eat), and had very little sugar. I went to TOPS Thursday night, and the scale showed a 4.5 lb. loss (which doesn't match with the numbers here).

I've also noticed that I have hardly any cravings, my pain level is far less than usual, I haven't had much bloating or gas, and I'm sleeping better. I'm hoping to keep up this momentum and feel like I finally have my head in the right place to see it through with very little cheating (an occasional treat).
