I haven't moved more than 5lbs since the beginning of May, so I finally started to do exercise. All I ever wanted in the first place was to get to a more comfortable weight before hitting the gym. So I'm there now. Cyndi and I have been going to the gym for a week now, hopefully our schedules will allow us to keep it up. I expect to see the added effort reflected in my weight loss calendar shortly.

Diet Calendar Entries for 22 June 2009:

In doing WW I have found when I hit a plateu if I change something like having a 600 calorie breakfast it tends to yeild positive results for me.
