Day 1 of the 11 DAY CHALLENGE! Can I exercise every day, ride my bike every time every time I go to the gym or work, and lay off the sweets while I'm at work?
146.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
