Bouncing between 128.5 and 129.5. Not too concerned. Have been exercising every day. Took Sunday off as has a family do on, and figured I needed a rest day. Have taken today off as well. Not feeling crash hot. I've had a rash come up all over my arms and back - been getting worse for a week. At first thought I'd brushed against something. Then thought maybe it was the chlorine from the pool. Didn't swim Sunday and last night went to aquarobics in an under cover pool. Rash is slightly improved so now I'm thinking it is either the sun or the combination of the sun and chlorine. Where the rash is located is where my skin is out of the water most when I'm swimming. The fact it's only started improving when I've stayed out of the sun tells me a lot. Will go swimming again tomorrow afternoon and wear a t shirt and see if it worsens again.It was getting so bad Fri and Saturday I actually had to get out of the pool it was stinging so much, so need to get it sorted!
Appointment with dietician - she is super happy with my diet (I thought I'd get resistance to the low carb high fat like last time, but she's happy with the results so all good. Onward and upward!
