I have not been following a real weight loss plan and was declared disabled because of lots of health problems and being declared bipolar mixed and told that I have anxiety disorder. I am on so many medications and many raise my blood sugar, effect my metabolism and cause weight gain. So now I am making big changes to my diet but I just had a shoulder and elbow injury that caused some real damage and I have to have complete rest. I gained 7 pounds over the holidays and now this! So I am using fat secret again and trying to get my calories down to 1200 a day. I am trying to eat 6 small meals. Right now I am eating 2-3 meals a day. I never miss breakfast. My sleep schedule is so screwed up because of the pain in my left hand, elbow and shoulder. I see a sports medicine doctor tomorrow and I hope they can give me something for the pain and to help me sleep.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
