Eating has been atrocious, but at least I'm back "up" a pound. Hopefully I can keep my weight more stable, but I need to do it with better food choices. And definitely more veggies! :)
138.2 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
