Well this weekend was a blast! Had a great time with the family and I made great choices for my meals! I am surprised I'm only down 1.5lbs this week. Gonna have to look at my numbers and figure out what happened. I stay way under my RDI. Eat fresh veggies and watch my fat intake...hmmmmm

It may sound small, but 1.5 lb is great! And that's a good pace for taking off weight and keeping it off. You deserve credit for that.
