37 total pounds lost since 10/1/14! I am still very happy with this Atkins way of eating! I am never hungry and the list of things I CAN eat goes on and on. I try not to focus on the high carbs things I miss. I'm sure, someday, I'll be able to eat a few of those things in severe moderation. Some of the things I don't miss at all, and that's a really weird feeling. I still have quite a bit to lose, but I'm looking forward to the journey getting there. I'm getting much stronger and my knees are feeling less pain. I like that. I can bend over and put my socks on without major discomfort, which was not so 4 months ago. So many positives, very few negatives.
