ok so mike keeps telling me not to weigh myself until the end of this journey. BUT!!.... it's hard. so far i have weighed myself like maybe 3 times maybe even more. but it's been more helpful to me than it has been harmful. so i guess as long as it works, it's ok for me to keep checking it. (i really do need to teach myself control tho). lol
