So i have a question. MEAT im craving meat terribly throught the day. Ive noticed when i diet and exercise, all i want is meat.

Any explanation???

Motivation
Does anyone have any tips on getting motivated to exercise and continue doing so?

I have gripped the concept of food choices, but now i trying to overcome the comfort of no exercise. The days i do it, i feel great. On the contrary, i won't do it again for like another monthish.

I am up for all suggestions, experiences, WHATEVER(lol)

can anyone share a little insight on their experience(s) with prescription ADIPEX. rewards and pitfalls.

everyone around me is using them and its working and i am slowly allowing myself to be swayed, but tryn not to.
