Trying to start this all over again because of the thyroid issue. The main thing I want to do right now is make tracking at least everything Sunday through Friday my priority. I am giving myself Saturday off at this point, but will try to track as much as possible, but if I don't I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

It was just so hard having my thyroid get all wacky. Thinking that I had lost all the weight I did before on my own accord and now having it all back was very depressing. However, now I'm going to do little bits at a time to get back in the habit of caring and losing.

So far so good with the tracking since I really started picking it up again.

My goal for now as far as weight goes is to be in the 280s by May. That's 35 pounds.
