Good Morning wonderful friends and supporters...Today starts week 3 of my diet. Let me tell you that this past week was an emotional one. I almost gave into the temptation of quitting because it was just so much. Measuring and weighing things was just seeming like to much work then it's worth. Then I remember what I am doing this for and get back on track. Convincing yourself is the hardest part of dieting. Telling yourself that your doing this for a healthier you sometimes isn't just enough. The biggest thing that has kept me strong besides all your support was hearing my 5yr old granddaughter say to me on Friday 01/16/2015 "PopPop your tummy is getting flatter" made me giggle and realize that even my granddaughter is proud of me. Hearing her say that meant alot because we all know kids speak what is on their mind and are honest. So thanks to my wonderful granddaughter Maddison, I have become even more determined to accomplish my goals to a lighter and healthier me...Have a great day :)
