Getting back on track, now to face my toughest time of the weekend. Unlike other people it is not becuase of lack of structure and too much free time but I work 36 hours from Friday to Sunday and have the rest of the week off (other than school). Going to go and pack up a lot of healthy , diet friendly snacks so I can avoid work temptations.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.9 lb a week
