I am going to try and excercise 4 hours a day to help with my weight loss and to add to my genreral health. Today is my first day and I have only accomplished one hour of walking but I will improve tomorrow.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

With exercise, you need to start off slow and build up. Otherwise, you can get hurt easily. Walking is a great start.
