Yesterday was "cheat day" and I enjoyed every minute of it!!! LOL

Today I have been exceptionally good! Mostly Vegetables all day long. Lots of water, too. Plus some green tea.

Tonight, in addition to 35 minutes on the bike, I added hand weights while I was peddling so I could work on my "gramma arms".

I just need to remember that I didn't gain this weight overnight and it's going to take a good while to lose it. Sometimes, I think that's the hardest part.

Sometimes I feel like "BUT I WANT IT NOWWWWWWW" and I have to remind myself the same thing, that it didn't take me a month to get to the weight that I am now, so it won't take me 2 weeks or a month to get to the weight I want to be at. Especially if I get lazy. I could be soooo good with my eating habits, but when I sit around, it goes even slower, if at all!
