The past few weeks have been tough with surgery, then recovery. Not only has my weight not been accurate due to the gas the surgeon used (not a weight loss surgery :) a medical necessity surgery ) but I was not allowed to work out at all for at least a week and then for at least the first week after that i could only walk. Now I am back to about 1/2 to 3/4 speed because when I pushed myself to hard I had a major set back that kept me out of the gym and on the couch. So with the minor set backs aside I think I am doing reasonably well. Tomorrow is my big appointment and I am really nervous. I have been much more lenient with eating more d.c.p M&Ms and C.C. Almonds lately and I think its because of the med/ hormone changes. I still can't eat very much sugar but I am craving it all the time. Makes me sick to eat it but doesn't mean I don't want it.
