Starting today I'm going off soda for a week, if I can manage one week I might be able to give it up altogether!! I grew up drinking soda, if I was thirsty my mom would tell me to go grab a pepsi. I did switch to diet soda a couple years ago, but it's still crud that I shouldn't be putting into my body.

So best foot forward, sipping on some yummy tea this morning instead of my normal soda!
