Ah amazing day! Back on track. Helped SO much not working from home and being back in the office with people, routine, more purpose and structure. Have had a clean day of food and enjoyed what i have had. no restricting or overeating and no obsession. Can put my head on my pillow tonight with a smile :)

Well done! :)However, btw, just 'sitting at a desk' for 8 and a half hours a day burns 1,111 whole calories xx

Guess you 'burn' some calories all the time - go to the exercise tracker as it has all kinds of stuff in it including 'sleeping', 'resting', 'watching tv' etc...all of which burn some calories as it takes 'energy' just to live :) xx
