Lost 1.2 lbs. this week. That makes two consecutive weeks of weight loss which hasn't happened in awhile. I will continue doing what I'm doing which is eating mainly lean protein, fat free Greek yogurt with fruit, salads, fresh vegetables, and whole grains like whest berries, quinoa,etc. and of course NO BREAD. This eating pattern has brought me success in the past and hopefully will again. I am following the new Weight Watcher's Point Plus program but it is very similar to The South Beach Diet because of the food choices I am making. What is really a tremendous help to me is that I've discovered that Dole's frozen fruit and mixed fruits is really very good. Great for snacking and adding to yogurt and saves me the trouble of cleaning/peeling which I hate to do.
