After Christmas I really buckled down on the gluten free and staying away from sugar. I have been taking my own healthy lunches to work, and trying to include lots of veggies and water.
I also started an exercise routine 4 days this week. Unfortunately, I have chose exercises that target my thighs, so I'm looking to find a good cardio routine, and other full-body exercises. I'm also hoping to start the plank challenge during the first half of the year. Once it gets warmer, I intend to add runs to my routine.
